ST. GEORGE – An 18-year-old St. George man, Paul Durborow, was arrested Wednesday for alleged sexual abuse of a child.
The police received a call from a concerned party relating to the behavior of Durborow, St. George Police Sgt. Sam Despain said. The police questioned Durborow and an investigation was undertaken that subsequently led to Durborow’s arrest. He has been charged with five second-degree felonies related to the sexual abuse of a child, and two first-degree felonies for sodomy of a child.
“It’s an unfortunate case,” Despain said, and noted that due to the nature of the crime, the police will not be releasing any additional information regarding the matter.
In general, Despain said he encourages anyone suspicious of incidents of child abuse to not hesitate in contacting the police.
Persons charged are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law or as otherwise decided by a trier-of-fact.

Crimes against children are too heinous for excuses and accused pedophiles like Durborow, Sylvain Kustyan, Jerry Sandusky, etc.and their enablers whether they be a church or school, etc) must be apprehended before they have years to continue to destroy young lives. Sandusky and Durborow are now safely behind bars. But unfortunately, Kustyan, who has been formally charged with two counts each of 1st Degree Sodomy and Sexual Abuse of a ten-year-old little boy, fled to avoid imminent arrest. Kustyan, formerly of Tuscaloosa, Alabama and Hermin/ Mazingarbe, France,as an English teacher, has led numerous groups of schoolchildren on trips to the US, the UK and Ireland.. Pedophiles condemn their victims to a lifetime of emotional and psychological trauma and often permanent physical ailments as well. Since the average pedophile has 300 different victims in their lifetime and since the recidivism rate among pedophiles is virtually 100% and since there is no effective treatment and no known cure they must be stopped ASAP!

There is effective treatment in castration. And there is a known cure… as in a .45 acp projectile firmly inserted into the cerebral cavity (aka: head).
While I do not condone the actions of the accused, I would point out that there is a reason the police do not release additional details in cases like this. Please remember that there are victims in this case and that they are children. Think of them before you post your comments.
