WASHINGTON CITY – A Washington City man was arrested and booked on multiple sexual offenses Monday.
At approximately 3:30 a.m. on Monday, Washington City Police responded to a residence in Washington City at the request of one of the residents, police spokesman Ed Kantor said in a released statement. After interviewing several residents of the home, he said, officers arrested 51-year-old Timothy L. Saint for the sexual assault of a juvenile.
Saint was arrested on one count of forcible sexual abuse of a child, one count of forcible sodomy and one count of object rape. He was booked into the Washington County Jail without incident.
There are no other victims at this time relating to this case, Kantor said.
According to Washington County Booking information, total bail is set at $50,000.
Persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty or as otherwise decided by a trier-of-fact.
