NEW HARMONY – It’s time again for the cherished fall tradition celebrating the annual harvest of favorite regional apple varieties grown in Southern Utah, a tradition which also benefits the all-volunteer New Harmony Fire District … it’s the New Harmony Apple Harvest Festival, happening this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the New Harmony Fire Department Park.

Entertainment
Attendees of the Apple Festival are given plenty of opportunities to participate in games and fun, such as, junior firefighter games, bounce houses and pie eating contests. Attendees will also have a chance to browse the many vendors offering a variety of products, arts and crafts, and to listen to live entertainment by Love Creature with Karyn Whittemore.
Raffle and Auction
Raffles and auctions play a big role in the Festival as all proceeds benefit the New Harmony Fire District. The funds raised are used to purchase new equipment and fire gear, and go towards maintaining and repairing trucks, hoses and other equipment. All raffle items are donated by local businesses in the area.
Food
Vendors at the Festival offer food all day on Saturday, including fair staples such as apple pie and cotton candy. Attendees will have the opportunity to take home fresh baked goods from the bake sale or participate in pie eating contests.
