The workshop will be held from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Vista Ridge Estates Community Building, located at 1331 North Dixie Downs Road in St. George.
Poet, short story writer and novelist Jack Remick will serve as keynote speaker. The following two volumes, “The Book of Changes” and “Trio of Lost Souls,” will be released later this year. He is also the author of “Blood, A Novel,” published by Coffeetown in 2011.
Additionally, several Heritage Writers Guild members will deliver presentations, including “Your Brain is a Playground: Creative Thinking” by Barbara Funke, “Shadowing: Developing Living Characters” by Traci McDonald and “Making Stories Come to Life” by Jon Thompson. Lunch will be included. A complete schedule for the day can be found here.
