‘Tried and True Trees and Shrubs,’ water-efficient landscaping workshop

ST. GEORGE – The Washington County Water Conservancy District invites citizens to participate in a free workshop on water-efficient landscaping this Saturday.

The workshop, “Tried and True Trees and Shrubs,” will be held at the Tonaquint Nature Center Saturday at 10 a.m. “The Plant Lady” Bonnie Pendleton will deliver a presentation on protecting trees and shrubs through proper care, and the most water-conscious landscaping for the Southern Utah desert climate. The workshop is free and open to the public.
