I urge fellow citizens to disregard such bureaucratic, oppressive trivialities such as registering with the BLM to gather nuts. I gather nuts whenever I get the urge and I gather as many as I please. It’s none of the BLM’s business how many nuts I gather and whether or not I sell them. This is America.
