St. George Exchange Club honors April students of the month

ST. GORGE – The St. George Exchange Club will be honoring six high school seniors this week at their regular breakfast meeting held at the Wagon Wheel Restaurant, 290 E St George Blvd. in St George, on Thursday at 7:30 a.m.

The high school seniors represent Dixie High School, Pine View High School, Desert Hills High School, Snow Canyon High School, Tuacahn High School, and Millcreek High School. The students are selected by their school’s counseling department based on the student’s community volunteer service, scholastic achievements, leadership skills, and academic participation throughout their high school years. Each student, along with their parents are invited to the club’s breakfast meeting and presented with a certificate and explained how they could earn a college scholarship at the end of this school year.

The students for the April Student of the Month recognition are:

  • Jaden Beckstrand – Desert Hills High School
  • Denton Shepherd – Dixie High School
  • Zach Cain – Pine view High School
  • Kayla Rolfe – Snow Canyon High School
  • Vanessa Purdy  – Tuacahn High School
  • Jaime Rodriguez – Millcreek High School
