ARIZONA STRIP, Ariz. – Sally Bundy was one of the last educators to teach at the Mt. Trumbull Schoolhouse.

Saturday’s “Back to School” celebration was joined by a gathering of former students, residents, family, and friends of the Arizona Strip.  They all met at the schoolhouse and honored the rich history and heritage of those who make their lives on the Arizona Strip, both yesterday and today.

Bundy kicked off the celebration with the classic ringing of the school bell.
