The Pine View Panthers are on the road this week in Las Vegas, playing Desert Pines High School.

The Panthers are 0-1 after a close loss to East High School. The Panthers will see more of the Wing-T offense this week against the Jaguars.

The Panthers had an outstanding game from quarterback Braxton Peterson, who threw for three touchdowns and rushed for 101 yards. The Panthers also had Prentiss Miller who rushed for over 100 yards.

Desert Pines brings in one of the biggest offensive lines in Nevada, with three players over 300 pounds; the best being Cedrick Poutasi 6-foot-6 325-pounds who has scholorship offers from Utah, UCLA, Washington, and many more. They also have running back, Leon Hayes, who was offered a scholoship from University of Texas El Paso.

The Panthers need to come out strong and play a full 48 minutes to pull of the victory over the very athletic Jaguars.
