Masked Men Break Into St. George Home, Assault Owner

ST. GEORGE – St. George Police are investigating an assault that took place last night when two men broke into the house of a 25-year-old resident and punched him several times.

Officer Johnny Heppler said officers responded to 1180 W 425 N after two men wearing masks allegedly broke into the home and brandished a handgun. Heppler said the gun was not fired but the victim did sustain injuries from the assault. According to the victim, the suspects left the home without taking anything. Officers are still investigating.
