ST. GEORGE – Detectives with the Washington County Drug Task Force arrested two Washington County residents on Valentine’s Day for allegedly dealing methamphetamine.
Lt. David Moss said investigators had been watching the two men for nearly a year, and had arrested one of them just two months ago for distribution.
On Valentine’s morning, officers allegedly witnessed the two men making a drug deal on the east side of town in a parking lot, Moss said. The men were arrested on drug and weapon charges.
Officers found $2,800 worth of drugs meth in the vehicle.
Moss said three more residents were arrested yesterday evening, Feb. 16, on drug charges when officers discovered methamphetamine and heroine in their vehicle.
