All bids must be submitted in writing using the bid form below, sealed in an envelope with Attn: SWMACD Bid Sale written on the envelope.

All bids must be delivered in person to the Southwest Mosquito Abatement and Control District office building 1460 South Sandhill Drive, Washington City, Utah Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M.

All bids must be delivered no later than 5:00 P.M. on the bid closing date.

All bids will be opened at the Southwest Mosquito Abatement and Control District office 1460 South Sandhill Drive, Washington City, Utah on the day after the bid closing date at 11:00 A.M.

Winning bidder(s) will be contacted by the district staff.

Payment will be accepted in the form of a money order written to SW Mosquito. No cash or credit/debit cards.

Successful bidders must pay and pick up bid item(s) within five (5) business days of being awarded the bid or the items will be awarded to the next highest bidder.
