Art Guild opens ‘Gratitude,’ an exhibit of member works, many mediums

ST. GEORGE – The Southern Utah Art Guild asked its members to express “Gratitude” in painting, fabric, photography or sculpture and the results, featuring works of more than 150 members, go on display Oct. 31 through Nov. 21 in the Red Cliff Gallery located inside the St. George City Commons at 220 North 200 East directly east of City Hall in St. George. The exhibit will be open Monday through Saturday, weekly, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Artists interested in featuring their work in the “Gratitude” exhibit are welcome, membership in the guild is required and art check-in time is Oct 29 from noon-5 p.m.

An artist’s reception is scheduled from 4-6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, at the Community Commons, during which awards will be presented and light refreshments served.

The public is welcome to view the art when the gallery is open and to meet the artists at the Nov. 7 reception.
