This year’s theme is “The Power of Knowledge in Prevention of Breast Cancer.”

Cynthia Kimball Davis, nationally known author, cancer survivor and success coach, will be speaking at the “Annual Utah Business Women’s Luncheon” slated for Oct. 11.

Her message is one of hope, and her mission is to find “previvors” – individuals who are survivors of a predisposition to cancer but who haven’t had the disease – and subsequently save lives and impact family trees.

Davis has appeared on CNN, in People magazine, on Comcast Newsmakers and most recently on Life Time Access Health along with Angelia Jolie’s breast surgeon, Dr. Kristi Funk. She is a nationally requested speaker and has presented to patients, volunteers, providers and other medical personnel, at symposiums, conferences and on Capitol Hill. Davis holds a Ph.D. in Education.
