Film Fanatics: The ‘Peculiar’ and the ‘Magnificent’

REVIEW –  Visionary storyteller Tim Burton is back with an adaptation of “Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children,” and as expected, it’s a fantastical fusion of the weird and the magical, but is it peculiar enough to appeal to both Burton fans and casual moviegoers?

Also on this episode of Film Fanatics, Bruce Bennett and Adam Mast give you a look at the new documentary, “The Beatles: Eight Days a Week.”  Finally, your fearless hosts cap off a jam packed show with a special peek at “Drop Off,” a youthful, Lyman Dayton-directed adventure shot in Southern Utah.
