Sunset on the Square is a family-friendly event which takes place the second and fourth Friday of each month from May 27 through Aug. 26. The highlight of the event is a free movie played on a giant outdoor screen in the middle of Town Square Park, 50 S. Main St. in St. George.

In addition to movies under the stars, Sunset on the Square offers fun themes for each movie night with booths and activities that incorporate the theme and provide a great place to enjoy an evening of fun.

Events and entertainment start at 5 p.m. on each night Sunset on the Square is held.

Sunset on the Square will kick off the season Friday with a “Get Active and Give Back” theme. Friday’s event will include live entertainment, dancing, food vendors, a Girls on the Run of Southern Utah Fun Run and the United Way Ball Drop and Car Giveaway.
