OPINION – My favorite day of the year is only a few days away!
I am a BIG fan of football, and all the food that comes with along with it – wings, chips and dip, pizza, the works. PLUS, I work in marketing, so watching the commercials makes this day a total win-win for me.
As if this day couldn’t get any better, my team (the Broncos, duh) are playing so I decided to throw my own Super Bowl party to celebrate their win.
To make this day extra special, I wanted to make the food I served extra festive. I contacted Moore n More popcorn, and lucky for me they whipped up a special Super Bowl batch for both teams in less than a day’s notice.
If you’ve never heard of Moore n More, they are a local gourmet popcorn company in St. George that is run by a husband and wife. They pop the most interesting and unique flavors (cookies and cream, Dr. Pepper, cinnamon toast crunch, et cetera) and deliver it right to your house.
They’ve created two Super Bowl mixes – Panthers and Broncos. Each mix contains two flavors. The Broncos mix is orange and blueberry, and the Panthers mix is black cherry and blue raspberry.
Both Super Bowl mixes are currently on sale for $4 for a medium bag. You can still order this in time for the Super Bowl, so DO! (See ordering details below.)
They also have plenty of savory popcorn choices that also make perfect party options. Some of those include ranch, pizza, nacho, jalapeño, dill pickle and barbecue. Some flavors may sound a little extreme, but I promise they are delicious and are so fun to taste test.
Orders for the Super Bowl must be placed on or before Saturday by 5 p.m. for local delivery. Orders over $20 will be delivered for free. Orders under $20 will have a $5 delivery fee.
