Police arrest 5 during meth trafficking investigation

MESQUITE, Nev. — Police in Mesquite, Nevada, arrested five people Monday following the conclusion of three illegal narcotics investigations. Together, the five arrestees racked up 19 felony and 14 misdemeanor drug-related charges, including trafficking and selling drugs.

Mesquite Police narcotics detectives concluded three separate investigations involving area residents trafficking and selling illegal drugs from their homes, according to a Mesquite Police media statement.

On Monday afternoon, the statement said, the Mesquite S.W.A.T. team safely served three high-risk search warrants on three separate residences.

The lengthy investigation and subsequent search warrants culminated in the arrest of five Mesquite residents on multiple drug-related charges.

Eusebio Flores, 49, was charged with three felony counts of trafficking a controlled substance (meth), one felony count of sales of a controlled substance (meth), one felony count of conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act, five felony counts of transporting a controlled substance (meth) and one felony count of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to sell.

Olga Garcia, 43, was charged with one felony count of trafficking a controlled substance (meth) and one felony count of conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act.

Joseph Johnson, 21, was charged with two felony counts of sales of a controlled substance, two felony counts of possession with intent to sell a controlled substance, and six misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Darrian Michael Fall, 18, was charged with one felony count of sales of a controlled substance, one felony count of conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act, one misdemeanor count of drugs that may not be introduced into interstate commerce, and four misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cheri Fall, 45, was charged with three misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Persons arrested or charged are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law or as otherwise decided by a trier-of-fact.
