Alta (2-0) at Dixie (1-1)
Tonight, 7 p.m. @ Walt Brooks Stadium (CEC-TV, ESPNRadio 106.1 FM)
W2W4: Alta size/strength vs. Dixie quickness, and lots of offense
Key Players:
Alta – RB/SB Josh Davis – all over the field to get him the ball.
Dixie – Young O-line (1 senior) needs to handle big Hawks D.
Parry’s Line: Flyers by 7
AG pick: Should be a shootout, but home + heat = Flyers win

Juan Diego (2-0) at Snow Canyon (2-0)
Tonight, 7 p.m. @ Warriors Stadium (890-AM KDXU)
W2W4 – JD runs similar O to Hurricane, while fans get to see SC for the 1st time
Key players
Juan Diego – FB Ryan Baker and SB Kaden Hayward have 400 yds, 4 TDs in 2 games
Snow Canyon – RB Josh Barnes ready for breakout game, D-line has been tough
Parry’s Line: Warriors by 2.8
AG: Soaring Eagle will try and shorten game, so turnovers are key. I’ll take SC in a tight one.

Desert Hills (1-1) at Roy (0-1)
Tonight, 7 p.m. @ Royals Stadium
W2W4: The trenches! Roy wants to grind it all day (349 rush yds vs. Jordan)
Key players:
D-Hills – Justice Alo and Thunder D-line’s gotta stop the run.
Roy – Baby Tee Eteuati, a beast with quick feet, 3 TDs last week.
Parry’s line: Royals by 4.5
AG: Upset alert! Stopping the run is DH specialty. Thunder by 7.

Moapa Valley, Nev. (1-0) at Hurricane (1-1)
Tonight, 7 p.m. @ Tigers Stadium
W2W4 – Tigers are out for vengeance after squandering game last year.
Key players
Moapa Valley – Watch out for R.J. Hubert! 5 TDs last week (O, D, ST)
Hurricane – Kirt McDaniel and Kyler Blackmore are tackling machines (33).
Parry’s Line: Tigers by 8.3
AG: HHS, motivated by loss last year, will hand out revenge

Manti (1-1) at Pine View (2-0)
Tonight, 7 p.m. @ Panther Stadium
W2W4 – Templars only had 227 yds L/W and PV coming off shutout, so …
Key players
Manti – Kayden Stevenson is explosive, but QB Derek Wright is a runner, not a passer.
Pine View – If PV line can dominate smaller Templars, Kawika Santiago could go off.
Parry’s Line: Panthers by 24.9
AG: PV defense not likely to give up much and Panthers will roll

Cedar (1-1) at Canyon View (2-0)
Tonight, 7 p.m. @ Falcons (590-AM KSUB)
W2W4 – One-sided rivalry gets a twist, Falcons are pretty good this year
Key players
Cedar – QB Mason Fakahua was phenomenal L/W – 187 rush, 140 pass, 3 TDs
Canyon View – QB Michael Musto is good, plus RB Payton Higgins avg. 8.8 ypc
Parry’s Line: Falcons by 3.8
AG: Love the change in atmosphere at CV, but still feeling like Cedar wins this one

And be sure to watch the whole show to find out the predictions of the week. Last week, Griffin was spot on with his prognostication.
