At about 5 a.m., according to information from UHP, a red 2006 Ford F-250 was traveling eastbound on state Route 7 when the vehicle ran off the road to the left and crossed the center median. The truck then crossed over the westbound travel lanes, ran off the road and rolled one time.
“The driver was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected,” a UHP press release said.
Excessive speed is considered to be a factor in the crash.
Keyes was the only occupant of the vehicle.
This report is based on preliminary information provided by law enforcement or other emergency responders and may not contain the full scope of findings.

What else is new, not wearing a seatbelt and driving fast at 5 am.. Another profit for the mortician
Actually, the UHP couldn’t determine whether he was wearing a seat belt or not as well as the speed. So be careful before opening your ignorant mouth.
