BEAVER COUNTY — The Beaver County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Thursday Soheile Nazari, reported missing on Monday, has been found. Nazari was located in Las Vegas.
Nazari, also known as James, was originally reported missing after his mother called and requested that Beaver County Sheriff’s Deputies conduct a welfare check on him, Deputy Jennifer Harris said. Upon responding to Nazari’s hotel room at the Oak Tree Inn in Milford, they discovered Nazari was gone and had left all his belongings, including his jacket, behind.
The night before, on Jan. 1, Nazari checked himself into the Milford Valley Memorial Hospital with hypothermia symptoms and was discharged on Friday morning, Harris said. His condition was unknown at the time of his disappearance.
On Thursday, Nazari was confirmed to have been located in Las Vegas by members of the Nevada Highway Patrol, a press statement issued by the Beaver County Sheriff’s Office said. He is safe and has made contact with his family.
