WendyRomeroHeiner(May 28, 1974 – November 23, 2014)

Our beloved wife, mother, daughter, and sister died at home due to seizure at age 40. Wendy was born on May 28, 1974, in California to George and Christina Romero. She married her high school sweetheart and her best friend, Adam Heiner, on June 12, 1999, in the Fiji Islands.

Wendy was blessed with two children, Caden and Colby, during her 15-year marriage to Adam. Wendy’s world revolved around her family and she spent every single day nurturing, caring for, and loving them. She truly adored her husband and children and they cherished her and will never forget the love she showed them. Wendy loved her family and friends and in return, they loved her deeply.

Wendy was a geriatric registered nurse and during her nursing career worked for Crestwood Care Center and Alpine Care Center. She was currently employed as a home health nurse for Encompass Home Health Care. She truly enjoyed her job and cared deeply for her patients. Wendy participated in a book club with family and friends. She loved Broadway musicals and traveling with her family. She also loved cooking and baking. Wendy loved celebrating holidays to the fullest extent and decorated her home for each and every one of them.

Wendy is survived by those she loved most, her husband, Adam, her two beautiful children, Caden and Colby, her parents, George and Christina Romero, her sisters, Karie Romero, Tess (Brian) Sucher, her brother, Jonathan Knoder, and her in-laws, George and Gloria Heiner. In passing, Wendy joins her grandparents, Luis and Theodora Martinez of Ogden, Utah, and Delfin Romero of Sunset, Utah.

We love you so much, Wendy! We will miss you every single day! Your kindness and infectious laughter will never be forgotten and you will always be in our hearts and on our minds.
