ST. GEORGE — This Saturday, the City of St. George will host its annual Turkey Trot, a 5-kilometer fun run and 1-mile walk to drive food donations for the Dixie Care & Share.
The race begins at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday; however, participants should arrive early if they did not already register online. The race will be followed by a raffle drawing for frozen turkeys, gift cards, and various other prizes.
On-site registration, which begins at 8:30 a.m. before the race, costs $5 for ages 9 and older. Children ages 8 and under are free. All participants are asked to bring at least three cans of food to donate.
