ST. GEORGE – The St. George Utah Senior Citizens Center will be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony, Wednesday, at 11 a.m., for the unveiling of the center’s new outdoor awning. The public is welcome and festivities will include a barbecue lunch following the ceremony.
About the St. George Senior Citizen’s Center
The St. George Senior Citizen’s Center offers a wide variety of activities free to seniors over age 60, with everything from pickleball, to wii bowling, to yoga, and many services and support groups tailored to the needs of seniors . Younger citizens are also welcome to participate, but are required to pay a fee.

The Center is located at 245 North 200 West in St. George, and is open Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information on center activities, call 435-634-5743 or stop by.
