The lecture will be led by Dr. Robert Andruss, an orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist with many years of experience in treating sports related injuries. Andruss will focus on ways to minimize injuries during endurance races, including how to prevent “runner’s knee.” There will also be a question-and-answer period following the presentation.
