ST. GEORGE – Youth and families are invited to the Tuff Kids’ Family Fun Bike Ride this Saturday at the Dixie Elks Lodge.
The ride kicks off at 9 a.m. Participants can choose from three distance options, all of which are looped courses starting at the lodge: 1.9 miles, 4.4 miles and 6.2 miles. There will also be a bicycle safety course for young riders and bicycle safety inspections. Helmets are required for all kids and adults. Parents and family members of all ages are encouraged to ride alongside the kids.
The event is free but space is limited; only children must be registered. Helmets and T-shirts will be awarded to the first 150 preregistered kids and free ice cream will be available for all. To register, call the St. George Recreation Center at 435-627-4650 or go online.
