ST. GEORGE – Thousands of athletes, family members and sports fans gathered at Dixie State’s Hansen Stadium for the opening ceremonies of the Huntsman World Senior Games.

St. George News photojournalist Chris Caldwell captured the event in all its grandeur. Here’s a sampling of the ceremonies as seen through Caldwell’s lenses.
