Public invited to Red Hills Parkway dedication

ST. GEORGE – Join the community in celebrating the recently completed Red Hills Parkway and Sugarloaf Rim Trail in St. George this Saturday, Sept. 22 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. The dedication ceremony begins at 8 a.m. near the city water tank over-looking downtown along the parkway followed by the Sugarloaf stroll on the new section of city trail.

The stroll winds along the rim trail past a classic car and hot rod display to Pioneer Park and back – approximately 1.2 miles. Drinks and ice cream provided.  Bring your bike or walking shoes and join us as we celebrate the completion of this eye-catching transportation corridor in our community.

Where: Ceremony and start of stroll will be next to the city water tank on the parkway – approximately 800 East

Cost: This event is free to the public
