HURRICANE - Hurricane City will be undergoing a major water system improvement project starting Sept. 17, and ongoing through Nov. 16.  There will be several subdivisons affected.

Work will start in the Angell Heights Subdivision, then move to the Cobblestone Subdivision and Park Meadows Townhomes.  Barring any problems, work should be finished with Park Meadows by Sept. 21.

The City does not anticipate any road closures, only traffic diversions.

Weekly updates, as well as a list of neighborhoods possibly impacted by construction, can be found on the Hurricane City Public Works Road Work status page.

All emergency and school vehicles should be able to navigate the city as usual.
