WASHINGTON - A 29-year-old Washington City man was arrested* Monday by Washington City Police on several counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. A minor in this instance is described as an individual between 16-17 years old.
The criminal charges stem from incidents that occurred in Washington City and Hurricane City between 2009 and 2012. Washington City Police detectives are working with Hurricane City Police relating to the incidents that occurred in Hurricane.
The case is still under investigation. Thus far five victims have been identified. The suspect is not related to any of the victims.
