Parts of Eastern Washington County without power

WASHINGTON COUNTY – Approximately 2,200 people are without power this morning as crews from Rocky Mountain Power work to fix an emergency damage repair.

According to the automated system for Rocky Mountain Power, crews expect to have power restored by noon today. The power outage affects mostly Hurricane, La Verkin, Toquerville and Virgin in the zip codes 84745, 84774, and 84737.

Crews are on site and repairs are  underway. Residents say they lost power around 9 a.m.
