Enjoy the wonders of nature and Zion Canyon with zoologist/ecologist, Dr. Allen Brown. He will explain the complex interactions of the physical and biological worlds that shape the unique ecology of Zion National Park. Though the emphasis will be on fauna, we'll do some geology, human history, and botany along the way as well. Our walks will be low to moderately strenuous. Wear comfortable and sturdy shoes or hiking boots. Bring water! Limited to 10 participants.
Fee: $45
Instructor: Dr. Allen Brown
Ages: 15 years and up
Meets: 8:30 am at Zion National Park Human History Museum & lasts approx. five hours. -
8:30 AM until 1:30 PM
