Asleep At The Wheel

Sounds like an impossible task -- but you never want to say “impossible” to Asleep at the Wheel, the famed western-swing, boogie, and roots-music outfit that’s, amazingly, still on the upswing. That’s saying something, too, considering the group’s been around for nearly 40 years, turning out an incredible 25+ albums while playing an unrelenting schedule of one-nighters that would make a vaudevillian dizzy.

JOSEPH and the Amazing Techicolor Dreamcoat

One of Tuacahn's most popular productions returns for an encore presentation. Boasting an electric score by Andrew Lloyd Webber, Britain's most successful musical theater composer. Joseph tells the classic Biblical tale of Jacob and his twelve sons. Joseph, one of the youngest and most loved of Jacob's children, falls out of favor with his jealous brothers as he interprets dreams and receives special gifts from his father. Hoping to rid themselves of Joseph forever, the brothers instead set in motion a powerful string of events which lead to Joseph's installation as the king of Egypt's right hand man. Joseph will run Aug.1-Oct.16 on varying evenings and at different hours, dependent on sunset times.
