ST GEORGE — Two separate accidents occurred in one line of cars as drivers were making their way to Desert Hills High School in St. George this morning.
At approximately 8:15 a.m., a line of vehicles was backed up on River Road near its intersection with Brigham Road. These cars were waiting to turn right toward Desert Hills High School, St. George Police Officer Jeremy Needles said on scene.
Two separate rear-end accidents occurred, Needles said; one at the front of the line, and one, a few cars back from the first accident. The vehicles were able to pull off onto the shoulder, as St. George Police responded. All of the vehicles were driving to the High School, Needles said.
One vehicle, a gold Dodge Neon incurred radiator damage, and was towed. The other three vehicles were driven from the scene although some of them had minor damage.
No known injuries occurred in the incident, Needles said.
